I have a step-by-step process on how to do it.

Step 1: Download GCT Edit: http://www.mediafire.com/download/tiqhqmwyui0/GCTEdit.exe
Step 2: Open up GCT Edit and go to "Open GCT". go to the codes folder of the SD card and select Project M's RSBE01 file.
Step 3: Copy this code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
Step 4: Paste code (use Control/V, you cannot use right-click commands in the program). Click "Add Code".
Step 5: Close the program and enjoy a broken version of Project M!

I thought this was going to be fun but it's still not quite the same code the Melee Impossible used. You can't dash out of a taunt or attack.
