Input Buffering?

I've been trying to find info on whether or not input buffering is in this game and how many frames it is if so. I haven't been able to find any information on it though. Is there anybody here who knows or is willing to do some testing?

Yes its in but you can't buffer multiple inputs, E.I. you wouldn't be able to BDACUS because its multiple inputs. I believe its 9 frames, people generally say 10 frames because they are just asking the the earliest you can input the next move and the first actionable frame counts as well.
