ok so we know zamus update today says that her gun can stun opponents. now look at the pic on the dojo that says that doing a down smash fires the paralyzer at her feet.

stunning means freezing in a sense right, doesnt that half sphere hitting pit remind u of the giant sphere she created in haloid to freeze the covenant...

do u think sakurai might've been influenced by haloid?

oh i havent played zero mission, so in it she points the gun down and fires, creates a sphere of energy that stuns/freezes enemies it touches?

She doesn't fire at the feet unless you duck down, but the gun does stun the enemies temporarily if you charge it. Shooting at the feet is purely so they could give ZS Samus a down smash.
