I'm from Indonesia and there isn't much of a smash scene here I tried to find anyone by posting threads similar to yours but nothing has come up yet and with terrible internet here I can't really connect to people online to even start online tourneys. If anything pops up I'll make a thread about it in the international community page here on smashboards
