Increase input timing accuracy code for 20XX 4.05

Is there any way to allow the "Increase input timing accuracy" gecko code to work with 20XX 4.05 in dolphin 5.0? I tried enabling it but it made the overall game speed increase.

I seem to have jumped the gun. The code works fine with 20XX 4.05 unless you have a Dolphin save state without the code enabled then enable the code. That seems to create the faster game speed problem.
