Incorporating CGs in your gameplay

ESAM here, and I was thinking how many people must've flocked to pikachu because of the new CG. However, you must learn all of pikachu before you even consider starting to use him. Yes, the CGs significantly help our gameplay, but it isn't everything. The top pikachu's can hold their ground against opponents without the CG, because they are actually good with pikachu. With the addition of the CGs, pikachu got better and more feared, and probably more popular. So, before you just come to learn the CGs, play with pikachu for a month or so, seriously. If you like his overall style, continue playing with him and incorporate the CG. If you don't, abandon him, because it is better to have fun and do good than just the latter of the 2. So, read the guide, and don't get super obsessed over the CG. Yes they help, but you have to learn the character first. I know this may seem like common sense, but people flock to popular things that are really good, especially things that help on MK.

tl;dr Learn pikachu before you **** over the CGs.

Yeah, I think the whole point is that knowing only the CGs without a solid Pika game overall to back it up is worthless.

I used Pika when the game first came out. So i knew i enjoyed Pika.

I just decided to pick him up again because i was tired of losing to DDD's and Falcos.
