Who is your favourite character, and why?
This is a pretty tough question. Hmm... mind if I give a total cop out answer and do a top 8 (in no particular order)?

- Haruna Otonashi/Celia (Inazuma Eleven)
- Fubuki/Shawn Froste (Inazuma Eleven 2)
- Rococo/Hector Helio (Inazuma Eleven 3)
- Shinsuke/J.P. Lapin (Inazuma Eleven GO)
- Hayami/Eugene Peabody (Inazuma Eleven GO)
- Kinako/Goldie Lemmon (Inazuma Eleven GO 2)
- Konoha/Trina Verdure (Inazuma Eleven GO 3)
I tend to like underdog characters. I also seem to like a lot of wind players for some reason. I'm not really sure if that's a coincidence or not. It's probably for the best if I don't go into honorable mentions because I'd have a bunch of those too.
Who is you least favourite character?
I don't know if I have one. Maybe one of the super cool/tough strikers, since I'm not really all that keen on that type of character personally.
What's you favourite Hissatsu Technique?
Another hard one. Fire Tornado TC, Emperor Penguin 7, Legendary Wolf, The Phoenix, Jumping Whack, Mochi Mochi Kinako Mochi (Goopy Gloopy Goo), and Dragster are all pretty cool. I don't really know if I have a true favorite though; those are just a few moves that I like.
You'll have a hard time getting much interest in this thread from the Americas. We still only have the first game of the series available, and only as a 3DS eShop download. Of course, there are probably some fans of the anime.
It's rough for North American fans of the series, yeah. That said, the DS versions of the Inazuma Eleven 2 games do work on North American 3DSes. Unfortunately, outside of the IE 1 & 2 games, you have to import a JP/PAL 3DS if you want to play Inazuma Eleven.
