In your opinion, where will pika is or will be in the tier list?

Pika is mid-high tier. He has 2 chain grabs, qac, disjointed smash attacks, good recovery, thunder jolt spam, thunder.

it can be in the WTFLOL!!!!! tier for all i care, so long as i can use him effectively (just as soon as i learn to substitute my smashes for tilts i will be set)

I think Kyari's assessment is most accurate as the game progresses pikachu will finally find a spot in the top ten. In an old tier list I saw pikachu was rated 13. He is right in the area of pit, wolf, wario, and ice climbers.

i agree, low tier is better for pika players, and while he may have some great stuff, as mentioned, his ability isn't like that of other top/high tier characters. he's good but not great, to me anyway. also, what i've found is that when someone commonly DI's out of attacks, or away from thunder, you can use this to your advantage and fake them out, wait for the di and air dodge and then bam, k.o.
