In need; Custom Moves Fetching

Rather odd, but I have 2 glaring problems with trying to obtain more, if not at least the Right, Custom Moves in Smash Wii U;

I can't sync and transfer with my 3DS because, as it's own is my Fiance, we have different NNID and would have never guessed they had to be the same in order to sync, so although I have 90-100% of them right there, that plan is out.

Plan B, which is extremely time consuming, sometimes frustrating, and aggravating due to a glitch/bug that occurs purely at random; Classic Mode and using the Home Button to stop the slot machine to try and get more Wrench Icons faster, still only mayybe nets about 2-3 custom moves IF i'm lucky; Currently I'm pissed because one of the specific moves I was aiming to get (Peach N2; Sleepy Toad) had Finally by chance been aquired, and then at a loading screen right before a match, Wii U Froze. this has happened 1 other time at the loading screen, and 1 additional time when I pressed start too soon before a classic mode match preview screen, which none of which should be happening or makes any sense because I have 0 scratches on the disc, it hasn't came out of the Wii U since I bought it, and after it froze this last time, I'm purely frustrated.

Any additional help or Ideas for doing this given the current problems at hand?
It is frustrating to need literally 1 custom move per character (ex; Peach set up 2-1-1-1 or Robin 2-1-1-1, ZSSamus 1-3-11, and so on.) and either Never get any custom moves (amiibo or food related bs) or for it to happen to rarely/randomly freeze when I finally get something worth the time spent trying to get it..

I'm pretty sure you can transfer sets with different NNIDs... Otherwise I wouldn't have all these sets from my friends on my Wii U.

Are the systems from the same region?

Yep Yep, and if so UGHHH, I'm going to go ham on this when I get home. No Idea how angry the freezing or time consuming games of no results were.. lol.

Just remember that you get the sets and not the moves themselves. You can use the move in that set, but you can't take that move and use it on another set without unlocking it on SSBU first. And it won't help the challenge either.

That's A-Ok, I just want to transfer specific sets over, not acquire the moves; not achievement hunting, just trying to test and be able to access everything best-set wise for EVO;
Example;
Rosalina:
2-3-1-1 = Luma Warp, Shooting Star Bit, Neutral, Neutral
2-3-1-3 = Luma Warp, Shooting Star Bit, Neutral, Guardian Luma
2-3-2-1 = Luma Warp, Shooting Star Bit, Star Launch Plus, Neutral
ex 2; Peach:
2-1-1-1 = Sleepy Toad, Neutral, Neutral, Neutral
2-2-1-1 = Sleepy Toad, Flower Bomber, Neutral, Neutral
2-3-1-1 = Sleepy Toad, Flying Peach Bomber, Neutral, Neutral

of course there is at least 7 more sets to work with, but it's all preference, and I want to start off looking into each characters best 3 sets foremost.
