Impossible to put Japanese Voices?

It seems pretty crazy what people have been able to do to Brawl now, is there still no way of putting the Japanese voices of the characters over to a US Wii?

Some people in Iowa had it, but I believe you have to burn a new disk to do it and I doubt there are any tutorials : /

You just have to inject into the ISO via Wiiscrubber.
It's up to you whether or not you want to burn it to a disk or not.

I ISO hacked anyhow but I still thought it'd be possible.
