Go to training mode (or not and set timers to high). Choose Ganondorf, and make the opponent Dedede. This probably works with other characters, but this I've actually tested, and it works.
Anyways, you can most likely go to any stage to do this, but just choose Final Destination to make sure there are no interferences.
Generate a timer. Pick it up. If it slows you down, wait for the timer to wear off; you want it to slow Dedede down.
Use an auto-canceled down aerial on Dedede. Grab Dedede before his hitstun wears off, and immediately do a grabjab.
Dedede will immediately break out of your grab.
