I recently purchased a book from Disney's California Adventure called The Imagineering Workout, written by the Imagineers.

What's an Imagineer, you ask? Simple: It's the combination of "Imagination" and "Engineer." Imagineers are responsible for planning, developing, and building Disney theme park attractions all over the world. They're known for doing more than just think outside the box--they throw the box completely away.

The book's filled with workouts to get your creativity flowing. This first exercise is pretty simple: List 50 different ways to jump 50 feet in the air.

That's it! There are no rules to this whatsoever. Make the reality your own and make your own list. It's pretty fun and is a great way to get creative.

Here's my list:

1) trampoline
2) jetpack
3) climb 50 foot ladder and jump off
4) rubber arms slam into ground and propel body 50 feet
5) super springy shoes
6) jump off ball a la Buzz Lightyear
7) ride a geyser and jump at the apex
8) take hot air balloon and jump off
9) twist body and spring upwards
10) blow severe winds from mouth at ground
11) be like Mike
12) ride up pillar a la Scar in "Be Prepared"
13) jump off fat person's belly
14) super fart
15) get a running start
16) focus chakra at feet, build up chakra, and release
17) jump back and forth between 2 trees
18) do some wall jumps
19) shake up soda bottle and point at ground when opening
20) lasso a bird
21) sticky hand a cloud
22) magnetize an airplane
23) hop up the stairs
24) ask for a boost
25) eat more vitamins
26) fire guns with massive knockback at ground
27) get a Bunny Hood
28) make a wish on a star
29) pray for a miracle
30) turn off/lower the gravity
31) work out more
32) jump up the leaves on the beanstalk
33) take a flying pig
34) attach balloons to your body
35) get Thunderbolted by Pikachu
36) flip reality upside down and fall
37) let yourself be taken by a tractor bea,
38) insta-steroid shot
39) eat the tart from Wonderland (or Underland)
40) hitch a ride on the fighting robots
41) take the elevator
42) get punched in the kisser
43) turn into a rocket
44) get lightheaded
45) just jump
46) call an Imagineer
47) insert rabbit genes into your body
48) put ants in your pants
49) get scared
50) get your tail pulled
