I just recently(this month) found out about this board >_> I didn't know about all the tournys, tier lists, techniques about SSBM at all till this month. Only tournys around are Halo or sports games so I'm glad to take SSB seriously ^^

I remember like, a year ago, ChaoticTH got banned from another Brawl forum for spamming his sweaty Geno-love all over the place and getting mad/breaking rules when people didn't listen.

So basically, he was a nub back then, and his inability to understand why people would play to any crazy, new-fangled concept called a "metagame" now is not surprising.

IMHO, I take Melee seriously, and play it competitively because it is MORE fun than just mashing buttons and winning.

Hey cool article, I've never seen this before. Though I generally disagree with putting people down for not being very skilled at a game, (I generally like to teach people how to play well) I do hate it when people call everything cheap. Although there are still a few people who do it that I know, the local "cheap-cheap" complainers died around the age of 13.

Uhm, y'know, people didn't literally die. The trend died, see. I guess we grew up.
