Im so lame with IceClimbers help?

i actually cannot do F**K all with IC's what is their best tactics ingeneral against the speedier characters in the roster as i fail pretty much everytime.
some general tips would be gratefully received

Er.... I'm not really sure I understand your post all the way through. I think you're asking for help with speedier characters because you can't do anything with the ice...climbers?

Yeah i've been having problems with the IC's too. I've been reading up about their chain throw stuff but am having a hard time, Nana almost always seems to throw the person up or down, I'm also not sure how to desync other than dash dancing which doesnt seem to work too well for me. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
