My overall strategy basically consists of heavy hitting, some defences and setups and with pokemon who can clean up towards the end of the game.

Swampert (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 212 HP/76 Atk/172 Def/48 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge

Swampert is always a great lead. Sets up Stealth Rock and can take on most anything but grass types and strong special attackers.

EDIT: About the EV spread... Swampert is a very average pokemon. He does an average job of taking physical hits, average job of taking special hits, an average job of using Special and/or physical attacks and average speed, so all his stats are important. Swampert's problem is either not being able to absorb hits from a stronger sweeper or has trouble killing things. I gave Swampert HP and Def to survive hits from Gyarados and gave him a small bonus of Atk to be able to effectively Stone Edge the beast. A grain of Special attack for kicks

P.S. changed item to lefties

Bronzong @ Macho Brace
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/52 Atk/200 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Explosion
- Hypnosis
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball

Lot's of resistances make him a great physical wall, though he can take special hits pretty well too with Max HP. Macho Brace doubles Gyro Ball power for some bonus damage. Gives you speed advantage against trickroomers too.

Linoone (♂) @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Shadow Claw
- Extremespeed
- Belly Drum
- Substitute

Speed, Speed, Speed has been very critical for sweepers, so having a poke that can Extremespeed usually stops one from sweeping me.. Liechi Berry is for when Linoone's HP falls too low to bellydrum. Great at finishing off weakened pokes.

Heracross (♂) @ Life Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Megahorn
- Sleep Talk

I don't know why I have hera on my team as he doesn't seem to fit in anywhere. He's the first thing I want to consider replacing entirely.

EDIT: This thing is pointless. I need something semi bulky that can defeat special walls for Smence. Maybe Tyranitar?

Salamence (♂) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Earthquake / (Would Crunch be better?)
- Flamethrower

EDIT: Specsmence is still something teams need to keep in mind. I've seen many teams without a special wall or steel type and it makes Sala's job really easy. Sala does need that special boost though, so I switched out the scarf.

Also, Hydropump doesn't serve a use on Specsmence. Draco Meteor is his killing move, Dragon Pulse is for long term sweeping. Flamethrower defeats steel types and Earthquake is for Special walls

Gyarados (♂) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 100 HP/252 Atk/152 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Fang
- Waterfall

Edit: I withdraw Sitrus Berry. Gyarados really can't afford to be statused which is really easy to do since I lack taunt. If the opponent tries to cause status problems, it ends up being a free turn to DDance.

Interesting EV choices...explain them...

Good.

Ah, haven't seen BellyNoone in a while...

Good.

Salamence (♂) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Flamethrower

Not necessarily specs mence, but Draco Meteor still KOs many things and people still switch out in fear.

Gyarados (♂) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 100 HP/252 Atk/152 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Fang
- Waterfall

1 Sitrus Berry = 4 turns of Leftovers if you want to do the math. If Gyarados is ever going to live against something trying to take him down, it normally doesn't take longer than 4 turns. I haven't used the taunt type because most counters just tbolt.
Take in mind traps...
