Where would I go about posting this question? I've read about a code to give Alloy's Specials (B moves). Is there a tutorial for this?

The thread that you saw it at: The Fully New Character Archive. If you didn't read about it there first, well then now you know. The code is in the OP, but if you need an explanation, just ask. Also, its not exactly a code, its a thing in PSA.
