A forum has different categories pertaining to different topics. Within those topics there are guidlines and posting rules for each section. You will find several sub forums for each category of topics. Make sure to use the search thread box in the top right of your screen to search for a thread that has already been created towards a possible thread you may want to start. Those are the basics.
