I'm in Tokyo. How can I get ahold of Japanese Smashers?

Anyone have any suggestions on getting in contact with the Japanese Smash scene? I'm going to be in Tokyo the next three days.

For those that don't know me, I'm a seasoned but not currently active competitive Brawl player, and recent novice P:M player.

I have only occasional Internet at the moment. Also, no GC controller on me, to my shame :(

I tried their site but couldn't navigate it from my phone with no Japanese knowledge. Got hung up on registration :/
