Ike and Dedede similiraties?

I have noticed that Dedede has smash attacks similar to Ike (actually, it's vice versa). Have you noticed that too, or is it just me?

T_____________T yes they have similar fsmash and upsmash but their downsmash is different and so it all the rest of their moves .

and ddd owns ike anyday of the week. lol especially the ones spamming side b u just inhale try it its major lolz

The side looks kinda the same, and the down smash is good sweeper move which hits both sides. It looks a little similar.

A few characters have similar attacks. Like Link I believe is the 2nd closest. But, Ike is the closest relation. That may be why I main DeDeDe and 2nd as Ike.

Which probably needs to change.
