I would make Mario party 10 like the first 5 mario party's.
I would order sakurai to make SSB4 more competitive.
I would of made a sequel to super mario gallaxy/sunshine/64 but make it in yoshi's island/Donkey kong country.
I would make Metroid prime 4.
I would buy capcom.
I would make mega man legends 3.
I would try to buy back rare but cry because microsoft wouldn't sell it back.
I would also attempt to get more 3rd party games to the wii U.
How would you improve?

I would hire Sakurai, Miyamoto, Retro, Monolith Soft and Hironobu Sakaguchi to make the ultimate Open World Action RPG with no inventory/weight limits.

I would get Golden Sun 4 on Wii U :p And it might as well be the open world RPG you want, except JRPG style :)

Company Decisions:

-Make a huge push to get 3rd parties on board for major multiplats, work directly with them to optimize their games for Wii U
-Ensure that no Wii U port of any multiplat game gets butchered from low priority or technical issues
-Diminish shovelware from Wii U & 3DS libraries and gradually put sanctions on developers who make such software if they can't make themselves better
-Give non-Japanese developers a chance to work on projects more directly, or even make a name for themselves
-Extend the VC to the mobile market, go on emulator witch hunt for profit boost
-Add N64 and GC VC support
-Get Twitch to develop an app for Wii U & 3DS
-Invest in more Gamepad-centric games, Western games, and online multiplayer games
-In the event off a Capcom auction, acquire Mega Man, Ace Attorney, Monster Hunter, and maybe a couple smaller, neglected franchises
-Oversee hardware R&D to incorporate more technologies found in XB1/PS4 whilst fostering unique, new technologies

Fanboy Dreams:

-Give Sakurai time to recover from cardiac tendonitus and Smash pressure, have Smash 5 release for next generations with a 2 year increase of pre-production
-Increase Mega Man representation in SSB5, with 1 more former Capcom franchise included
-Kirby Air Ride 2 and 3D-style Kirby game on Wii U
-New F-Zero game for Wii U
-Give gamers word on the status of Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem
-New Animal Crossing game for Wii U centered around community building & villager-run jobs
-New classic Mega Man game
-Pitch Mega Man Legends 3 to Comcept as collaboration project, offer positions to former MML3 staff
-Reboot classic franchises steadily

You stole the words from my mind :p

Just kidding the list is pretty good. I just mentioned the first thing I would do!

Agree with it all. Plus you forgot the point:

---> Buy awesome game companies and get 'em on the 1st party list! Expand Nintendo's variety with more quality developers!

Thanks, man! Nice to see we share the same concerns and not blindly worship everything Nintendo does. Now where's my like?

While your point has no real drawbacks, the goal of my propositions is to unite, not conquer. I want to entice them, invest in them, and respect their creative freedom without forcing them to take our side or die. If a push like this is done with correct risk assessment, you could eventually see an install base and brand loyalty akin to the SNES era!

Also, forgot two important points:

-Take absolutely no focus away from 1st party development
-Work directly with 3rd parties to get exclusive content, deals, and other things to make our version of multiplats unique and enticing

Well I would want them to buy parties that are interested in becoming a part of Nintendo. Otherwise keep them as 2nd party. Like Platinum. They like working with Nintendo so are often 2nd party but they like their freedom. They even have a game coming out on Xbox One. I really hope that game makes its way to PC later because that might be the only game I want play on that console.

And 1st party is boss for sure. Keep it, improve it, make more of it but in variety!

I would want exclusive 3rd party games as well! Like TWEWY! Although it got ported to iOS and Android with better graphics and music (listening to it right now while playing) but the gameplay of the original was still superior amazing. Heck just get me a TWEWY sequel exclusive to 3DS with return of the Dual Screen gameplay. The 3DS can obviously have amazing graphics and hold full soundtracks as well :)

P.S. You already got your like :p

Good ideas, I have the same ideas, and these what about making Star Fox one of the big IP's of Nintendo, reduce the amount of Mario games being made, a little bit, to accommodate the other IP's, try to compete with PlayStation with an officially licensed MLB game, firing the old Nintendo staff and replace them, giving NOA and NOE more autonomy, trying to compete with Microsoft and Sony, a major rebrand, and focus on a broader audience then children and families

I don't think firing the staff is going to help. The management might not be making the best choices, but lately their decisions have improved. I would not want a new staff that is interested in making smartphone games. That would be the bane of Nintendo if it ever happens.

I never said a staff that does that, I was thinking, maybe some former game developers

Yes but firing the staff is not much of a solution either, even if the new staff is good. Expanding the company smartly would probably be a wiser move.

I'd tell people to make a ton of Mario games, since as we all know, Mario games are sure to sell well.

Nah, I just understand what consumers want to propel Nintendo into a secure, yet competitive future. The phrase I'll be synonymous with through Nintendo Direct will be, "I understand..." ;)

I'd tell people to make a ton of Mario games, since as we all know, Mario games are sure to sell well.
Having a huge milking of one cash cow at once is more likely to make proliferation than profit. I would seriously reconsider that thought.
