Thought I'd try a new way to give clues. I wonder if they'll be hard.

Geedubya

1) Oil Panic
2) The attack with numbers
3) He's black
4) All-Star/That one event/He's the last unlockable character

1. He's an intimidating figure.
2. He has very powerful moves such as warlock punch and u-tilt. As for moves you might actually use, he has fair, dair, etc...
3. ALL of his costumes are primarily black.
4. He's a main boss in the Zelda series.
