If I am running PM 3.02 on my wii would I connect to people running dolphin or 3.5?

You can't connect to people on dolphin with wii.
Fighting someone with 3.5 if you're 3.0 will cause desyncs.

There is no Dolphin for Wii. Dolphin is a Wii Emulator for PC
