Idea for unlocking characters

I have a idea for unlocking character in the new games.

So, everything goes the same like in the previous games. You do something to queue the battle between you and the character. You beat the character, you unlock them, great. But you know those epic animated trailers for the newcomers? Why not put them in, or atleast shorter versions of them, that appear after beating the unlockable character in a fight? It's no doubt that effort went in to these trailers, so some spotlight on them would be amazing, especially for the people who haven't kept up with the game and it's news.

As for characters without trailers, a short montage displaying the epicness of their movesets could be displayed. Or, if possible, a short 10 second animated cutscene could accompany the montage, similar in most trailers.

The non-trailer moveset introduction wouldn't work, I think it'd take away from getting to experience a character for the first time, but in battle.

Kinda like how you're introduced to Wolf, Toon Link, and Jigglypuff if you unlock them through Subspace?

It would be really epic if shortened versions of the trailers appeared as you're going to unlock a character, it'd be really exciting and get you pumped up for the fight.

I think they should be the full trailer but that would take to long.Shortend versions are cool

One splash intro per character, only after you unlock them. Shortened will ruin it for me. Change it to something else like a very subtle screen/sound effect or chime that something or someone is obtainable.

Plus Brawl kind of had a abundant of coins. Maxed out in 3 days. So who knows if Smash 4 would fix this issue.

Yeah you are kind of right.. So maybe only do it for one character? Like you only get to choose one character to unlock and it's 300 coins. I'm personally not for it either. Just throwing ideas out there lol
