You can use the same characters on the same stage. Also, if these are problems you don't want to face, then I'd say to wait after it comes out to check if it's worth buying before getting it. You are still gonna have the Wii U version.

It's not so big a problem i wont get the game. The game will most likely be great. Also, that's assuming you're using the same character on the same stage which will most likely not happen. Point still stands.

the ability to connect a controller to the 3DS so that you can use THAT controller, as if the 3DS was a mini TV.
This would be preferred decision, but it is VERY unlikely. And, this would still mean I couldn't play "normally" while outside or where ever I go.

However, the question becomes, should people have to pay for this separately, or should smash 4 come with an accessory? I would like to hear your opinions, as well as what accessories the 3DS would benefit from for Smash 4.
I hope SSB3DS comes with the circle pad or whatever they create to remedy the problem.

I don't think you get it. Pressing the button adds more lag, and is already harder to do. The idea of smash on the 3ds is bad to me. It's not that it's hard, it's impractical.
No it doesn't.

The only reason why the C-stick is the superior option for aerials is that it is easier to fast fall that way and retreat/advance with them. That's it. There isn't any extra lag though.

People actually used the C stick?
Yes. It would be pretty stupid not to.

Yes, it is laggier because if you were doing a down air for example, sliding your arm down to the c stick is faster than pressing down on the bottom of the d pad......... Well, okay, maybe it's not, but it feels faster at least, and that has to count for something. ;) Anyways, it at least feels better imo, whether or not it's faster, as well as easier.

Whether or not is feels faster is irrelevant. It really isn't faster, just more practical.

The whole benefit of the c-stick is being able to move both the analog and it at the same time, which is much easier to do then with the attack button and more fluid as well.

There's also the argument of it feeling better, as that's one of the major complaints of 3ds games.

It's not that big of a deal for me. But of course, it always is smart to extend other control options to players who do have problems with the controls, so It would be cool to see a extra controller or something.

I am somewhat concerned with playing the 3ds version for long periods of time. Mario kart 7 was a killer. I think I'm gonna get an attachment for the bottom that makes it more controller like and less flat. That's my main problem. As for the control stick stuff I don't care.

would be nice to have something to stick on top of the circle pad to make it raised higher. other than that i can't think of anything.

Im concerned with the left and right triggers. My hands don't work well with them. Im hoping a simple grip will fix the scenario......
