Not a good matchup. No chaingrabs, projectile spam, etc.

Um, do simple grab combos (dthrow to Nana fair to Popo dsmash) and make sure to blizzard every time you land a grab. It's vital that you make every grab count since you can't chain throw Samus. Wobble if you know how. If he spams missiles, I don't know what to tell you. Try jumping over them and wavelanding forward to close the gap more quickly. You want to get close enough to make him stop spamming missiles. Good luck. >>

Generally speaking, a lot of Samuses like using bombs against IC's. Your iceblocks are greater than bombs though, so if you think Samus will start dropping them, run away and do reverse neutral jump+b's.

Light shields help keep Nana from getting owned by missiles. The explosion stays far away from you if your shield is big enough--if you and Nana get separated, this can keep her safe from missiles.

Wavedash into grabs, not d-smashes or jabs. A lot of Samuses will CC your stuff and it's very vicious. Only d-smash when Samus is in mid to late percent, such as 30 and above.

Use infinites, they're great.

Uhh... the rest is up to you really.

anything that might help you against missile spammers

especially not fountain of dreams, cuz samus has insane recovery on that board
probably not Final dest. it makes it easy for them to missile spam,

i'd suggest battlefield, kirby 64, and yoshi's story.

FoD is not so bad; at least you can kill her at reasonable percentages. Platforms can be used for spamming, but the stage is small enough that you can approach her quickly. Also, you can spam her back with ice blocks.

Don't go to Dreamland 64, you'll never kill Samus on that map. Avoid Pokemon Stadium if they can missile spam.

Up-Air combos are your friends, as they are against most floaties. Samus doesn't have a fast aerial that hits below her but she can bomb DI your attacks, so don't be careless.

I say DK 64. Missiles can go over you if you're in the center, and Samus' recovery is severely hindered.

Heheh, Lixivium. What Samus' can do at Fountain of Dreams, it makes it nearly impossible to kill her without sending her up. If she grapples the pole the stage rests on she can wall jump out of the grapple beam, then Up+B to sweetspot the edge 0_o. Dark Mike does this against me all the time.

dk 64 probably isn't good because it severely hinders the effectiveness of dthrow->usmash as a finisher

i personally like yoshi's story or green greens (but that's a personal preference; i'm not sure how will it will turn out in reality) vs samus

Well Samus is a ***** to edgeguard on any map, for any character. Plus, D-throw -> up-smash is already the most reliable way to kill her. I don't think the fact she can Grapple lower than usual on FoD makes too much of a difference.
