Ice Climbers

Is there any reason now for the ice climbers to not make it in as dlc now? When the new 3ds hit i was wondering hmm what would this hardware be able to do that it couldnt before and. It hit me the ice climbers now it will only work on the new 3ds sure but cmon they need to make it in somehow dangit -.-
