I find this thread useful. 
I would have never known to ban Brinstar against DK.
CP either FD (probably banned), Smashville (the platform may be a problem here), or Pictochat (the sides here seem somewhat close though... don't get fsmashed). You definitely want a slightly larger stage, which is why I'd shy away from Smashville. This will give you more room to set up desyncs and camp with blizzards, which **** in this matchup. DK has a surprisingly good ability to juggle, so some heavily platformed stages might hurt you here.
