If you want them so bad, then make them yourself. The ToS models are messed up as of right now, though, so good luck figuring them out. Also, it's really pointless to make a thread just to say "I really wish somebody would make this character".

Someone did post a link to a Lloyd PSA in another topic that was talking about making him. However, the link was broken for me.
Still, I'm greatly interested in getting some learning experience in many different categories of Brawl hacking by making a Lloyd PSA. Not only do I want to make a moveset for that matter, I also want to make Lloyd's DotNW model work in Brawl, making it one of the very first few (or possibly even the first if I miraculously finish this before Zero's TvC model is put in) fully successful model replacements complete with animations in Brawl hacking history.
However, it's way too early to say that I have dibs on this character. I encourage almost anyone else with more experience to do this if they so desire.

Mm, personally I don't like his moveset choices. I still might create my own in the end.

Kratos isn't made... yet. But there is an Asch (from Tales of the Abyss). His moves are pretty similar...
