You should use the search option because this question has been asked a lot.

Go to Character Specific > Sheik and read Plairrnk's Guide to Playing Sheik. It tells you how to approach a match with each character. So look for Marth. Should answer your question, I guess?

She doesn't, she just has advantage over him. She is a soft counter at best.
