I want to start a tourney in North Jersey/NYC area

I never use this site so idk if I'm supposed to send this here but here goes. As the title says, I want to start a small tournament for the players who can't travel that far to make it to tourneys that are in the southern part of the state. I'm in JC all there are NO locals close to me unless I spend an arm and a leg to travel. So I wanna make one.I have a place in mind but idk if it would be big enough for everyone (that and i don't know how to actually TO) but I just wanted to make something for the ones who couldn't make it.
