I saw an awesome EV spread for Cresselia that lets her take any kind of Salamence, including DD, Life Orb, Choice Specs/Band, and others.
Bold, 252 HP, 156 Sp. Atk, 16 Sp. Def
And it can also take other kinds of hits, too, especially from Dragons.
She can take all variations of Garchomp, so long as she doesn't move in on a CB Crunch.
Stealth Rock messes her up, though, so you can take away from the Sp. Atk EVs to do what you see fit.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with the "who should I take out?" comeback. Hell, I'm not sure I've helped out at all. I just want to be more useful than the people who walk in and say "good team, 10/10, no suggestions" that I see here.
