if you look at the 00:20 youl see pikachu charging its thunder bolt

thought id put this out there lol.. u can lock this thread if its useless i thought the pika fans would wanna know incase u missed this.

His Final Smash is already volt tackle. Look on the Smash Dojo website.

It would be cool to charge his thunderbolt attack though. Seeing as link can now charge is up + b, they're probably going to give more characters the ability to charge their attacks.

He meant Forward Smash, that's what FSmash shortens from.

He can already charge his side +b attack though, but they may give Pika something else this time around so who knows.

Eh. Looks like it's just the Thunder Jolt animation to me. We only see it for a fraction of a second in that video, and in Melee, Pikachu naturally "charges" up the elctricity in his cheeks for half-a-second before releasing it. I think it's just part of the lag.

Or maybe you stumbled on to something totally awesome. (I'd hate to leave this thread as a Negative Nancy)
