i need help WSing and JCing

i can wavedash fine. i can shine jsut fine to . but it seems when ever i go to waveshine its just inafective and i dont do anything or i do a slow JC. also when i JC a shine i only cut the time about in half. any tips on how to speed it up. BTW i use X to jump and R to wavedash.

I think it's faster to use, Y to JC, but you should ask Da Shiz Wiz.

First of all you need to shinecancel faster, cutting it in half is not fast enough. Keep doing it faster until you're doing it too fast and then slow down a bit, so to speak ^^. You can basically just hit X almost right after you did the shine, there's very little lag to that.
To the wavedash out of shine, it just takes practice.

However: do note that when you hit an opponent or a shield etc. the shine lags a bit more, so you must cancel it a bit later. That being said, go practice
