Calm down I didn't find it, it was mentioned in the social thread, I think by 9ball but not sure. I tested it though, it definitely hits through shields, causes a weird stagger hit too but I don't know if we can get anything from it.

No, if you're getting shielded or if the reflect even starts up you're probably hitting with the hand part of the hitbox, to pierce shields and reflects imagine you are trying to spike them with the leg part of the hitbox. You should see it start up, flash, but get hit anyway.

Not sure if it works in the air, but this is similar to Greninja's Dair in that shields and reflects are useless against it. Only we recover much faster and with much less telegraphing before hand.
