Falcon, Mac, Shiek, Zero Suit Samus, Fox, and Sonic are all good for that. Mario, Shulk, and Villager can also be played in a very fast manner if you make them that way.

Sonic, Fox, Sheik and Captain Falcon are your best bets. Basically if they were very rush-down oriented in Melee, and they're considered good in this game, you'll wanna look into them, and then add Sonic in to this list.

Falcon and Sheik are always good choices in that respect.
Falcon runs fast and hits hard, whereas Sheik is a bit more crafty and agile. Both are fine choices and should fulfill your needs well. Try experiment with some others and see how they work out for you as well. It never hurts to broaden your horizons. Just play around and see what feels right and how they're working for you.
