Seeing as I have nothing beter to do, I guess I'll (insert drumroll) start a blog. Yeah, exciting, I know. Well I'm a bit late on this but I guess I'll just start by saying that I'm pretty good at poetry, so in 5th grade I wrote a poem for class entitled "Night" for a poetry project. Well, I recently moved to Fort Collins, and at our middle school there was a poetry contest. I just figured I'd enter, so I pulled up "Night" and fixed a few things (spelling) and entered that. Call me lazy but it won our grade and let me go to a district poetry thing. Anyway, this might not be a blog to complain about anything (and I have things to complain about) or a random accident (have those, too) but I just figured I'd start with this. Anyway, here is the poem

I always liked poems that consistently rhymed better.

I thought the poem was pretty good, save for a few grammar misakes and typos, except for the part where you rhymed 'little' with 'middle'.

Still, it was an enjoyable read overall.

Thanks, Tiger! Typos were probably due to the fact that I chose the wrong person to read it over and edit that stuff *cough* sister *cough*
