I am playing on the full homebrew set, not the wifi set.

When you go into the options screen in vs. and set the stage selection to automatically choose random the game freezes when you start a match.

Luigi can not shield out of his Luigi Missile attack to hold the charge for the misfire.'

When I strike a stage off on the stage select screen, it doesn't save which stages have been struck and resets the next time you enter the stage select screen. I am not positive this is a glitch as I only found out about this feature in 3.0

I can't light shield even though I am using the homebrew full set.

1. This is known and has been reported.
2. It's not a shield cancel. You press shield to store the charge
3. This is intentional. Leaving the stage selection screen will clear your strikes.
4. Light shield (the big shields in melee) are not implemented yet. Light presses should be working perfectly fine in the full set. Pressing the shield button halfway down should cause you to shield

2. That's what I meant, I am unable to store the charge when I push the shield button.
3. Ah, thank you, I wasn't aware this was intentional. If it doesn't save though, then what is the point of it?
4. I was under the impression that the light shield was implemented. thank you for clarifying.

3. The point of it is you can say, allow 8 stages in Random Stage Switch. Then, when the match is going to start, you can take turns with your opponent to eliminate say, 4 of the stages. Then you can select Random to pick from one of the remaining four. So if you're tired of Final Destination, want to play a random stage, but you don't want to deselect it from the Random Stage Switch screen.
