I figured out what operation service is.

I tried to put this in the other threads, but they all got closed before I could.
Anyway here is my speculation.

I think the operation service has something to do with allowing nintendo to analyze your connection status and speed and determine if the connection timing is the same. If its "Off" then you can just choose whichever matches to view regarless of your conections. If its "On" then that means you can only view matches that are running on the same timing as you.
