This is a fund raising event for Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, which is in need of money to help their budgets and such. So no, I will not be making any profits from this event. Just the feeling that I am helping this awesome community is fine with me.

IMPORTANT:

Even though this tournament is about a month away, I would like to know who is bringing a setup.

As of now, we only have 2 TV's (Mine, MXXD's) and 3 wii's (Mine, MXXD's, my friend Tim's).

If you have a setup that you can bring, please post in the thread on AiB titled "Setup Thread".

One setup gets your venue fee waived. Two setups gets you a free soda and 2 snacks (lol sorry but I have nothing else to offer).

Please do what you can with setups, it will make this tournament run smoothly and without problems regarding too little setups.

QUESTION:

Would you guys like a live stream?

EDIT:

Update!

bringing a wii waives 2 dollars off of your venue fee!

bringing a TV waives 3 dollars!

Just so everyone knows, this tournament is right around the corner, and we NEED to know who is bringing a setup. PLEASE post in the AiB page if you're bringing a setup.

Power Strips/Surge Protectors will be very much appreciated as well.

I can understand that Inui, Keitaro said so as well. So I will push for a later time for us to start. I should have thought of that, the venue doesn't close early. From what the owner told me, the venue is open until 2 AM, however, I am suspecting that we may have to be out earlier than that, seeing as the next day is Sunday, and we're playing at a church and all.

Would these times work for everyone? :

12:00 PM -Signups
1:00 PM- Brawl Doubles start
3:00 PM- Brawl Singles start
5:30 PM- Brawl- Doubles start
7:00 PM- Brawl- Singles start

Remember, if these times won't work, tell me, and I'll change it.

Ok, 3 things I have to mention:

1. We will now be serving hot dogs at $1.50 a piece.

2. There is a piano in the area where we will be smashing in, I ask of all attendees to NOT touch the piano. Even if you are the greatest musical genius to ever grace this site with their presence, it will not be tolerated.

3. Remember, this tourney is THIS SATURDAY, and we only have 3 confirmed setups (Me, MXXD, Inui). We need more setups, as well as power strips/surge protectors.

That is it for now.
