What is in fact underground Castle Seige.



I want everyone with Photoshop to go to Image, Adjustments, Brightness/Contrast and put the Contrast all the way up. You should notice immediately if you keep your eyes on the bottom.



It appears to be a rocky, lava filled... basement, or just underground. Might get pretty hot.

Edit: Forgot to credit someone named Sypher for pointing this out to me.

thats been known for some time now. I say there's most likely a dragon in that underground place. why else would there be lava and a giant cave?

But, alot of people think the same thing: lava. Lava is god.

Maybe the "Dragon" is like "Kraid" from the "Brainstar" depths stage. Where it "Flips" some sort of unified "Platform" or other "Speculation."
And then I will use the giant "Laser" on the "Death Star" to blow up all photoshoppers. (Henchman walks up to SuperAce) What? Since when do I photoshop. (More whispering) Spriting doesn't count.

seems like lava to me. although i can't wait to see the actual layout/platforms and wether or not there are "interesting" things on the background...

You're about a day late and a dollar short. Actually...more like 5 days late...

Besides, this belongs in the Stage forum that you all wanted so desperately...

Also...Why do people keep insisting it's lava?? Don't they realize that changing the contrast so you can see the background also makes it orange and yellow? It's the same reason the character's colors are so odd.

Dang, I didn't even know the background was blurred out, I just thought that was a "Help, we are falling into ____________" screen.

One point for cluelessness! Good work to the bajillion people who claim to have found this, it looks pretty awesome.

The whole thing is blurred out. There is no big secret, its just lava.

Yeah, but I thought it was like...well...a "Scrolling down" screen right before you hit what's in the underground.

Yeah, but lava is HOT! (Wow, bad joke, slap me with a fish)

Maybe if you fall in the lava your character melts and dies no matter how many stock they have left.

That would be a'ight.

The Stage Forum was made yesterday. I can't really post in forums that don't exist.

Anyway, it's definitely lava. Water doesn't shoot up like that, nor is it relevant to the title, nor does it make sense for water to be below a castle (yet in Fire Emblem, "strategic" castle locations is a must).

When it's below the surface of earth it's called magma, not lava.

Oh, also, I love these levels we've seen so far. People can complain about them all being platformed, but so what? We have levels that break apart!
