I always come back to play this game after a while for 1 reason

Everytime I get a kill, I love taunt cancelling with DK and Falcon. Makes the game so much better.

uhhh I was trying to say I don't lean towards one smash game but taunt cancelling is one of the best things in all the smash games.

And for the record, i'm way better at 64 than brawl and played it more than any other game out there, but i'm currently playing brawl right now to try to get into it. Now I only play 64 for the nostalgic feeling.(and taunt cancelling lol)

In any case, let it be known that SSB64 is a deeper game, despite the fact it has so few characters compared to Brawl
