My opinion: We are all given life, not all of us are worthy of it. Eye for an eye should be okay, as long as it doesn't exceed the bounderies of which it was started upon. I say, kill the ones who have wronged and continue to wrong purposely, for they are not worthy of the soul they've been given.
Wow, thinking like that would have alot of people dead before me

I think everyone deserves life but some people just, in my opinion, don't live life the way it should be. I judge this alot on how they treat other people.

One of my so-called friends lies all the time about important and un-important things, uses people, makes fun of people behind their backs, and has a horrible sense of direction/sense of anything being anywhere meaning he'll get lost going to KFC down the street to he'll have my wallet in his house for the past week allowing me to get nearly kicked out my house by my parents for being accused of losing my wallet in Florida "long story, crazy parents"

This stuff may sound small, but I always attempt to not talk to/ see this guy cause I really, really, hate him and he pisses me off with something after 2 minutes of talk. Basically, this guy sucks and treats everyone he knows like ****.

I still think he deserves life, he just abused it horribly in the wrong direction.

Well that's not the wrong direction, that's just the way he is, which happens to be really different from you. He would probably annoy me, but I wouldn't say he abused his life horribly in the wrong direction.

But the guy Xzile talked about on the other hand..

Keitaro: Then that guy is not worthy to be had as a friend. Plain and simple, friends are people who want to see you exceed and try their best not to get jealous as you do so. They also do what they can to get you out of any trouble, and don't hesitate knowing that it may cause you some kind of misfortune. He is heading down a different path, and it's the some one Benedict Arnold did.

Thanks for the advice Xzile. People have said that before and eventually I decided the same thing.

Just read your story = ouch. I don't know the reasons why the guy did what he did. Since I don't know that I can't say that he deserves to die without knowing his reasons for what he did.

Some people don't have reasons for doing the things they do. Just for kicks.

And what reason could excuse that..?

That's the problem. I don't know the reason but still. There really isn't a good reason to do that but that's just like saying someone lost their car for 3 weeks then your uncle is seen driving it in a different state. Why is he driving it? Why did he take it without telling anyone? Based off those answers could change the reaction or actions of the person who lost the car.

That's a terrible story Xzile, that it is, but I still think no one deserves to take away what God gave him. He deserves punishment, truth, but as pikachun00b7 said, he isn't the devil nor are we God.

As I stated earlier:
If someone murdered my family (which I pray will never happen -_-), I wouldn't sink as low to even wish death apon him/her.

On the other hand, even if given his own thread, he'd be taking up bandwith and resources; the mods could be doing other useful things rather than checking up on someone who's never going to make a post and has severely violated the forum's rules.
But, in this case, closing the thread and banning the member takes up more bandwidth and resources then just letting him keep his private thread. That capital punishment is cheaper than life incarceration is a very common misconception.

And why would I let something that I am against on principle happen, even if it did cost less than stopping it? I'd like to say I don't have a "price" when it comes to letting people be killed if they don't have to be.

If every decision was made to ease the burden on society, we would have no society. Human nature, as described by Xzile the Tainted, would take over, and then a lot more people would be dying.

And if none of that pushes any buttons in your brain, please consider that some people who have been executed were later found to be innocent by DNA evidence. That is why "an eye for an eye" doesn't apply to us mere humans: We are fallible in our justice.

if you killed someone.you should die,and burn in hell.unless it was an accident which it is extremely rare that this happens, but it can occur.

you know the place.
as far as im concerned with this issue,
just live your life the way it was ment to be lived.

accept morals, so you wont become a homicidal idiot,
or invest in intellegence rather than succumbing to your feelings.

in this way, so long as YOU do YOUR job of keeping YOUR balance,
others wil as well.
but that dosent happen so often, does it?

...lol.
@ avatar irony..
...just had to get that out..

This comment was very general. Then what about soldiers in a war fighting for our country. Do you feel the same for them?

The 'eye for an eye' thing [I assume this means death penalty] should be saved for the big stuff like assassination attempts, terrorism, serial killings, serial ****. It should also be used for repeat offenses, like for those guys that rob and assault people, go to prison, come out and do it again, over and over.

Why waste space, time and money with people unwilling to follow laws? And no, don't make some ******* response about someone parking in a no parking zone or any minor **** like that.
