Huh? SSBB in Mex ToysRUs commercial

as I was watching the daily news on the Telemundo channel (only Tijuana and SanDiego i believe><), I came across a weird commercial. its went like this:
"Con solo comprar los juguetes, ya no gastamos tanto tiempo cocinando el pavototote!"
...umm yeah
but immediately after that, they started announcing savings on videogames and, dadada:

lucky for me i had the camera near, and they passed the ad again

Many retailers have said that the delay happened so rapidly and unexpectently that there was no chance to recall their ads.
I die a little inside after passing a GameStop with "DECEMBER 3rd! Start Brawling!" in the window...

LOL @ the 'i saw brawl'.

but yeah. so far: GameStop, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Toys R Us, EB Games, Best Buy, and Target have all recently featured ads that have the release date as December 3rd.
