starmie chose ice beam over surf, because drought drains surfs power, also rapid spin, to lose stealth rock
groudon has synergy with Ho-oh, setting up drought and stealth rock in the same turn, then toxicing/earthquaking others, but killing the occasional dragon. leftovers giving it health boost
Ho-oh, like mentioned earlier, starmie likes groudon support. With Stealth rock out of the way, ho-oh gets a free switch. Drought powers his SACRED FIRE up to a whole new level. He can Substitute/recover to get light hitters off his back, and earthquake to deal with rock types, tyranitar in particular.
Salamence is your basic DDer, killing with outrage once dragondanced enough. Leftovers heals any confusion wounds from outrage. Fireblast hits Mammoswine quite nicely.
Scizor takes any fast hitters, like weavile and Aerodactyl, and swords dance to power up. Brick break takes down other steel and dark types.
Lastly is mewtwo, my sweeper. Aura sphere for dark, steel and ice.
shadow ball for ghosts (or psychics)
IceBeam for dragons especialy garchomp.
Calm mind if I have time, will boost me up a step further.

So, any major weaknesses. Flaws? Please rate :p

a couple quick things:

1: Why use Starmie in Ubers? As a spinner he'll still get toasted/set up on by Giratina-O and you don't have a pursuiter to eliminate/weaken their spinblocker. A better way to keep your Ho-oh in full health is to pack a taunt lead like Deoxys-S to make sure that the other guy doesn't get their rocks up, go look up a moveset that works for you. Doing that lets you change your support lead groudon into a more threatening Swords Dance or Rock Polish set, or you could keep him as a phazer/scouter if you like, but running thunder wave/toxic is unhelpful on him simply because it'll interfere with sacred fire's burn rate...

2: Since this is ubers, there's no real reason to not use Rayquaza over Mence, just because I think that the 'mixquaza' set will help your team a lot. DDquaza and DDMence are both still outsped/scared off by scarfchomp/gengar/whatever other revenger they use.

3: Again, in ubers scizor will probably want a more specially defensive spread. Try 160 HP/168 atk/168 Def/12 Spe.

4: Mewtwo probably wants a timid nature just so he doesn't lose to things that can otherwise force it out like non-scarf darkrai. CM makes up for the power loss, his coverage is good.

Under normal circumstances I was about to laugh at this until I remembered he had Groudon on his team. That made me stop, since that's a whole different story.

Never saw a jumpluff strategy, hows it work?
Edit: is it me, or are life orb, focus sash and leftovers seemingly the only items used on competitive battling

Jumpluff works better with Groudon than any other pokemon. Groudon's permanent sun doubles Jumpluff's already high speed and makes it the fastest pokemon in the game barring something obscure like Scarf Deoxys. Unfortunately, Jumpluff does not take advantage of this speed boost by sweeping. However, its phazing and support abilities in this state are no joke.

The plan is this:
  1. Bring Jumpluff in after something dies. Make sure the opponent doesn't have a priority move though.
  2. Sleep Powder the thing you come in on. This will hit a majority of the time and will force your opponent to switch.
  3. Set up a sub while they switch.
  4. Leech Seed them behind your sub.
  5. Continue SubSeed stalling until your opponent is sufficiently worn down and then U-Turn out of there into something that can do better.

What I don't understand about the build annoying reccommended though is U-Turn over something like Baton Pass or Encore. I guess it's for Taunt but what could realistically Taunt you before you sleep it?

Lum Berry is used a lot. Chesto Berry is used as an alternative to Lum on Resters for purposes of avoiding trickers or wasting their Lum Berry on another status. Petaya Berry is used on things that use Belly Drum or Substitute with something like Blaze, Torrent, Overgrowth, or Gluttony (I'm sure we've all seen SubPetaya or AgilitySubPetaya Empoleon and Belly Drum Linoone). Poison types can use Black Sludge as an alternative to Leftovers. Breloom uses Toxic Orb to activate Poison Heal. Guts users usually use Flame Orb to burn themselves to get statused. Bronzongs these days usually use Macho Brace to Trick onto people and increase their own EVs and decrease speed at the same time. Palkia can use Lustrous Orb but most don't. Latias and Latios often use Soul Dew in Ubers to get a free Calm Mind Effect. And, of course, Giratina-O can only use one item lol.

Other than that you're right.

Does Shoddy show the different color scheme for each plate?

-Terywj
It doesn't when you choose to use the plate in team builder, so I'd assume not. I may be very wrong though.

Although it's not like it matters much. Arceus is banned on Shoddy anyway due to EV issues, and I don't believe it's planned to be unbanned until either Shoddy 2 (although I may be wrong?) or an event Arceus without EV restrictions is released.

@Gates: You mean Salac Berry for Linoone. Petaya Berry raises Special Attack, Salac Berry raises Speed. Liechi Berry is rarely seen, but can have its occasional use. Super-effective berries aren't used extremely often either, but you may see your fair share of Wacan Gyara or Babiri Tyranitar if you play enough. I've personally used ShucaTran to decent success before, but you kind of need the right team for it (as with most options).

Oh yeah, Salac is what I was thinking of lol.

Shucca Berry Tran has never worked for me. I'm not sure why but it just hasn't.

Babiri Berry Ttar is quite good though.
