How would I go about making a Sm4sh montage?

I have all my combo videos, but I just can't manage how to import the stuff. Do I have to plug in a USB or something?

Capture card, video editing program? That's the only way I can think of.

Unless there's a way I'm not informed of to get videos off of the Wii U / 3DS

Here's what you need

1)A decent computer that can record and edit video. Would recommend an i5 with 8 gigs of ram.

2)Capture card - If you want the easiest one to use, it's Elgato. You can get it off Amazon. It's very straight forward on how to capture clips and put them on your computer. Literally it's a few button clicks.

3)Video editing software - This is where the effort goes too. This is what makes or breaks the montage. You can use any from Sony Vegas to Adobe Premiere to Final Cut Pro it's all personal preference.

You would need a capture card of some sort and yeah a decent computer and editing program. For my montages I like using the Elgato capture card and I also have a gaming PC with 4 terabits and I use sony vegas to edit my videos. However the only reason I like using sony vegas is because I like over-editing my videos you can probably get away using something as primitive as windows movie maker

You could use a Elgato and any editing software.
If you don't have access to a Elgato,you could use a tablet,or if you have a good camera around with the ability to import videos into your computer,you could use that.
