How will the Wii to WiiU games be played?

was curious if the wii titles such as Mario Galaxy, Punch out, and Metroid Prime Trilogy would have ported controls as well using the WiiU Gamepad and fight pad controller. I understand it would require some adjustments seeing how you collect starbits and grapple things by aiming at the tv.

Personally I hope thats the case, I never liked Metroid Prime 3 because of it's tedious motion controls. Otherwise it would have been a good game to me.
