How to you clone with an Action Replay?

Is there a site with a subscription that someone knows of? I haven't had any luck in finding third party AR subscriptions.

actually with AR, download pokesav. then you can make an infinite number of clones that way.

I don't have an action replay anymore. I used to play the ROM version of the game on my M3 simply, and you could add AR cheats to it. But I was using Pokesav to check IVs and such. I stopped using it once I got a normal copy of the game, but now that I know how to clone, I'll probably trade pokes to it and use it to clone.
