Ok, i can never shdl. I no u have to sh but do u have to fastfall wen u hit b twice or wut. HELP PLS

You don't fast fall when you SHDL. That's why many Fox players prefer SHL over SHDL, since you can fast fall with SHL, it offers more mobility.
