Okay, people were asking me how I did this on the "Japanese Websites" thread.
I'm posting this for people who want to go frame by frame in those videos or use those videos to make GIFs or convert frames to JPGs/PNGs.
I won't go into how I did, but I'll just skip to how YOU can do it.
If the site is wii.com/jp then do the following
Download and Install Orbit RMTP Downloader: http://dl.orbitdownloader.com/dl/OrbitDownloaderSetup.exe
Now, get the address of the video you want to rip. For this example I'll use http://wii.com/jp/movies/smashbros-movie1/
We take whatever comes after the "jp/movies/", not including a slash
smashbros-movie1
Now, since this is from Wii.com/jp append it to this: rtmp://fms.wii.com/wii/_definst_/
rtmp://fms.wii.com/wii/_definst_/smashbros-movie1
Note that there are no slashes at the end.
Copy the string to your clipboard (highlight it, press Ctrl+C or highlight and right click and select Copy)
Open Orbit and click on New
Orbit should automatically put the string in URL. If it didn't, put it manually.
Save it to where you want
Press OK
It's downloading. Since this is a stream, you'll have to wait at least the minimum duration of the video (in this case, downloading the file will take AT LEAST 5 minutes and 30 seconds).
And that's it. You have an FLV file.
You can use Media Player Classic or VideoLAN to play the FLV file. Or you can get ffdShow and use whatever player you want.
Enjoy videos in their original High Quality, not compressed to hell by Youtube.
