How to practice/analyze well?

Hello!

As of late, I've been having lots and lots of trouble practicing and analyzing. I have a great work ethic and used it very well when I began a little under 2 years ago, but I got lazy and am completely lost in terms of practicing and analyzing sets. If anyone could please give advice and/or pointers I would THOROUGHLY appreciate it, as I've felt very little improvement in the last 2 months specifically, and I'm looking to change that.
